Educational programs are available to schools, professionals and community groups. DCVAC also facilitates support groups for Adult Survivors of Sexual Abuse, Adult Rape Survivors, and Teen Survivors of Sexual Assault. The agency provides medical, police and court accompaniment. Volunteers receive a 40-hour training to prepare them for their responsibilities and are asked to provide support at least twice a month for an evening or weekend shift. The non-profit agency depends on the support of our volunteers to help us assist meeting the needs of our clients 24-hours a day. John Flynn is an award-winning singer, song-writer, deeply rooted in the Philadelphia region and acclaimed nationally. The proceeds for Hedgerow Theatre will support the company’s educational programming benefiting young people and emerging artists.
